Hi classmates, this night I want to explain you about my professional practice (and thesis project idea). Actually, I'm working in a archeological project that is developing in the north of Chile. Specifically, in a site located in the north area of "Pampa of Tamarugal". For this, a team has been formed with the idea of research what happened in this place, who lived here and what happened with this people. My opinion about military, men or women, is sucks and are unnecessary for actual societies. Military is a way to justified money that disappear every year and ends in the politicians and military pockets. Hi classmates.  In this post I want to write about some changes that I thick are necessary for the geography career in our faculty. Some changes that I think that helps to get better the study programme of geography can be: At first place, the inclusion of chemistry signature (or applied chemistry for geographers) in the curriculum, for learn about the different chemical compounds present in the environment. The same for oceanography, that is a interesting area related to the sea bottom geography and the interaction of the oceanic ecosystems. As for the faculty facilities, the lack of laboratories and the no experience in tools use like microscope or centrifuges can perjudice or conditions work opportunities, specially in lab work. Also, sometimes the lack of support to elaborate students projects is a disadvantage in comparison with others universities. Hi classmates: In this post I will tell you about the idea that I have for my future studies. My interest areas in geography are related with the physical environment and how this conditions the biological environment. For this, I think study a postgraduate course related to ecology or microbiology area, specially because my tesis project is focused in the study of a microscopical specie of microalgae, called diatoms. I would like to study a related course in Chile, but this species have not been very studied in Chile from the geography, only for biologists. But this microalgae can serve to evaluate parameters of interest for geographical studies about environment impact, water quality of rivers and lakes, and the paleoenviromental conditions of a specific territory. For this reason I think study a postgrade in Porto University or in Buenos Aires University, that teaches biological posgrade courses that admite geographers, and not only biologists as the most universities. Hi classmates, today I will write about how I imagine my future job. I would like working in a seasonal work. Like a fondecyt project, with weeks of land and weeks of analysis in labs. I'm not a big fan of the city, the most of time i feel like a prisoner of the routine, for the same i prefer have a outdoors work. I love the north, places like chilean highlands, the high volcanoes in the middle of the desert. I will be happy if the salary it reaches me for eat and travel. I don’t need great things to be happy, only a love and a dog, and rock music jaja. Hi classmates, today I want to write about The best mistake I have ever made. The best mistake I made was a few years ago while cleaning the turtle aquarium in my house. My house is on two levels, a brick structure but with the second floor of Wood with carpet. Well, the aquarium is in a room on the second floor. That beautiful day I had to wash the aquarium, which I did but I made the big mistake of leave filling the aquarium, once clean, so I dedicated myself to other things while it was full.   It turns out that I forgot it completely, the aquarium overflowed and the entire floor of this room was wet. I run down the stairs to find something to dry and I saw that water was falling from the ceiling of my parents' room. Their room is just  under the aquarium, so I wet the bed, television, clothes, among other things. The worst thing is that a friend was on the way and managed to appreciate the discomfort of my mother with me and the scolding for the mistake I made....
